VERB PATTERN 1
Formula : Subject + Verb + Direct Object
Example :

VERB PATTERN 2
Formula : Subject + Verb + (not) to infinitive
Example :
Andri forgot to lock the door

hopes to go to Hongkong on holiday

decided not to sell her cellphone
VERB PATTERN 3
Formula : Subject + Verb (pro)noun + (not) to-infinitive
Example :
Gugun asks his wife not to work

VERB PATTERN 4
Formula : Subject + Verb + (pro)noun + (to be) complement
Verb commonly used in this pattern are:
Acknowledge feel judge report think
Believe find know see understand
Declare guess prove suppose
Deny imagine realize suspect
Example :
I find it hard to believe

VERB PATTERN 5
Physical Perception
Formula : Subject + Verb + (pro)noun + Infinitive
Verb used in this pattern :
Feel, hear, look at, look up,
Notice, observe, see, watch
Example :

Perception
Formula : Subject + Verb + (pro) noun + Infinitive
Verb used in this pattern : have, help, let, know, make
Example :
Let me outta here

NOTE : The to-infinitive is needed in the passive
construction.
VERB PATTERN 6
Same as Verb Pattern 5, the verbs used in this pattern are
also divided into 2 groups

Formula: Subject + Verb + (pro)noun + Present Participle
Example: Anto saw Tika going on a date with her boyfriend
